What I picked!

Here are the goodies that I picked from the SSRP box!!

Ssrp3

Some HOT PINK! wool from Norway. The label is in Norweigan but I have managed to figure out that it is 100% wool and most likely a dk weight. No immediate plans for this yet, but the color was just too awesome to pass up!

Shaefer Yarns "Amanda". Again, the colors are what grabbed me. I kept picking it up and putting it down and in the end I knew I had to have it. There is 840 yards in this hank, so I am browsing my pattern books to see what I want to knit with it.

Ssrp4

4 balls of each color, Jo Sharp Silkroad DK Tweed. This might be just what I need to enter the world of colorwork. I like the 4 different colors together (lime, oatmeal, purple, charcoal)

Thanks to Jen at MonkeyKnits for putting the stash swap together!!

Wow! Such great stuff. I lust after the Jo Sharp at work thinking about what I’ll make with it. I love it so much!

Holy crap! The Beta Box lives!!! This makes me so happy as I was at the bottom of the list and thought I was totally out of luck.
We should ask Jen to email everyone who remained on the list to find out who is still active so the box doesn’t get lost again…
