I just got back from Carmella’s house. She’s the lady who found 1 of my scrapbooking bags.
It was empty. Except for 1 photograph, 1 receipt and the $20 gift certificate I won to my local scrapbooking store. I couldn’t help but laugh when I opened the bag and saw only that.
I started to go through my negatives and found some for photos that i’ll need to have reprinted. It’s not the photos so much, it’s all the other stuff… the program from the Manchester United Soccer game, the ticket stub from my last Phillies game at the vet, the newspaper articles from seeing Alanis in California, all the cool stuff I got in Montreal. That makes me SO ANGRY. It’s useless stuff to everyone but me, so BRING IT BACK! I know that’s irrational and would never happen, but if you broke into my car to take the stuff, it would be a whole lot easier to put it back, since the window is gone. Wishful thinking, I guess. While I’m at work today, Ken is going to make some signs and post them in the neighborhood where my bag was found. Hopefully someone found stuff and didn’t know what to do with it.
My photography class last night was pretty lame, so I’m skipping the second half of it this morning. I’m headed to the Tangled Web for work at 1 today and will hopefully get a pattern for a baby blanket that I want to knit. They had a swatch of a pattern that I would love to learn… I’m crossing my fingers for a slow day.
